Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with all tags attached

    • Free from stains, odours, makeup or deodorant marks

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale products are non-returnable.

To start a return, please email us at toke.apprl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable postage service. Toke is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at toke.apprl@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
