We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Free from stains, odours, makeup or deodorant marks

Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale products are non-returnable.
To start a return, please email us at toke.apprl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable postage service. Toke is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at toke.apprl@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
